Please read our printable Membership Application carefully to be sure you've selected the membership that is most appropriate for you. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP ( 1 year from month of enrollment ) Individual: $30 \| Family: $40 \| Youth: $15 \| Associate: $20 \| Sponsor: $50 \| Corporate: $50 LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP ( Never pay dues again! ) Lifetime Individual: $250 \| Lifetime Family: $350 \| Lifetime Corporate/Farm: $450 NEXT STEPS 1.
